Our favorite is without doubt Sandra Farms, even though you will have to drive a while through Puerto Rico’s amazing nature, it’s definitely worth a visit! During the tour you will walk through the centuries-old coffee farm and enjoy an amazing view over the mountains while tasting their product.

A great coffee farm you can visit closer to Rainforest Inn is Hacienda Muñoz. The drive is about an hour from here. They’ve been the winner of the Best Coffee People’s Choice Award for three years. During the tour you will learn about the history of the coffee and the process it takes to create this amazing drink. The tour takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and includes a walk through the hacienda and tasting. They also have their own restaurant where you can have lunch after.

If you’re more for the adrenaline activities Rainforest Zipline Park is a great activity to do while staying here. The drive from Rainforest Inn is only about 25 minutes. You can choose to book a zipline experience or an adventure trail on their website. There are eight lines covering about 2300 ft of fun! The adventure trail includes bridges rappelling, hiking on different trails, a Tarzan’s swing and much more!
